Exterior Foundation Crack Repair — Quad Cities
Exterior Foundation Crack Repair — Quad Cities
The problem
Several foundation cracks along one wall were allowing water to enter the basement during heavy rain.
How we diagnosed it
The cracks along the wall were the entry points for water during heavy rain. As with most leaking cracks, the most effective long-term fix is to seal them from the exterior, at the source.
Our solution
Our team carefully excavated the foundation by hand to protect the customer’s yard, landscaping, and surrounding property from unnecessary damage. Once exposed, we sealed the cracks from the exterior, which is the most effective long-term repair method for leaking foundation cracks. After repairs were completed, we properly backfilled and compacted the soil to reduce future settlement and left the property clean and ready for use.
Products & methods used

- Exterior crack sealing
- Backfilled & compacted to reduce settlement
- Property left clean and ready
What makes our approach different
Sealing cracks from the exterior addresses water at the source instead of managing it after it’s already inside, and hand-excavating protects the yard and landscaping along the way. Proudly serving the Quad Cities since 1948.
