Foundation Repair & Masonry Restoration — Bettendorf, Iowa
Foundation Repair & Masonry Restoration — Bettendorf, Iowa
The problem
An older brick home in Bettendorf, Iowa had a leaking foundation crack causing water intrusion, along with deteriorated brickwork that needed attention.
How we diagnosed it
The water was entering through a foundation crack on the exterior wall. Because this is an older brick home with established landscaping, the right approach was to address the crack from the outside while protecting the property’s character.
Our solution
To minimize disruption and preserve the landscaping and character of the property, we carefully hand-excavated the exterior foundation around the problem area rather than bringing in large equipment and causing unnecessary damage. Once exposed, we repaired and sealed the leaking crack using our time-tested exterior foundation crack repair method — a system we trust because it addresses water at the source instead of simply trying to manage it from inside the basement. While onsite, we also repaired damaged brickwork and completed tuckpointing in areas around the home to help restore both appearance and structural integrity.

What makes our approach different
We believe older masonry homes deserve repairs that respect the craftsmanship and character of the original structure while solving the problem correctly.
