This driveway on Fair Avenue in Davenport had serious drainage and grading problems that let water collect near the garage and retaining wall. Over time the excess water contributed to movement and shifting of the retaining wall and water issues around the garage.

Our crew removed the failing concrete, corrected the grading, rebuilt sections of the retaining wall, and installed a new reinforced concrete driveway designed to move water away from the structure rather than trap it against the property.
